A calorie-enhanced product without the negative impacts of increased grain feeding such as digestive upset, colic and founder. Vegetable fat source provides the calories for daily performance. Flaxseed provides protein, fiber and omega-3 and –6. Improves hair coat and overall body condition. Omega-3 and –6 aid in the development and function of the nervous system. Contains min 14% crude protein, min 40% crude fat, max 7% crude fiber, min 1%/max 1.5% calcium, min 0.7% phosphorus, min 3.9% omega-3 fatty acids and min 2.3% omega-6 fatty acids.
Directions: Provides essential fatty acids to enhance skin and coat condition when fed at a rate of 2 oz per day. For increased improvement in body condition, feed at a rate of 4 oz per day, mixed with grain portion of diet. Horses with high activity levels or heavily stressed horses can be fed up to 8 oz daily. 4 oz measuring cup enclosed.
